How many languages are there in your website?
The main languages at KolorKids.pt are Portuguese and English.
Are out of stock products put back again?
If a product is out of stock, we’ll do our best to make it available again as soon as possible. If there’s not stock available, the product will be removed from the website.
Will I get the same product I see on the pictures shown here?
Yes, except on products with handmade details, which may display slight finishing differences.
Can I order a product with a Gift Card or a Voucher?
Yes, by ticking the Gift Card option on the cart page. For further information, please refer to the Shopping Guide.

Yes. You just need to subscribe to our Newsletter and you’ll receive information about KOLOR KIDS latest news, new collections, and events.
Can I cancel my newsletter subscription?
You can easily unsubscribe by going to Newsletter, fill in the data and select ‘Send’.
How can I recover my password?
If you can’t remember your password, you can recover it in the Login page. You’ll receive an e-mail with your new password.
How can I prove my order was completed correctly?
Once you order a product, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail. If you don’t get it, please contact our Customer Service.
Can I remove a product from my order?
Yes, you may remove unwanted products before you finish your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel your order before it gets dispatched. In order to do so, you must immediately contact our Customer Service and ask for the cancellation via email@example.com.
What should I do if I get a faulty item?
KolorKids.pt sells only items in perfect conditions, so let our Customer Service know if you exceptionally receive a faulty product.
What should I do if I get the wrong product?
If you receive something by mistake, please contact our Customer Service.
